TERM OF SERVICE


1. ORDER PROCESS

Order form will be processed after Nicosoft Media receive confirmation of payment. Please click here to order the full content of the data and clearly, a valid email address. After confirmation of the payment to us, the account can be activated immediately. Active period of the hosting has been doing since your registration through our order form even if you pay over time.


2. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND ACCOUNT CANCELLATION.

2.1 MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Nicosoft Media guarantee for 7 days, if in this period disgruntled client, but money can be returned with the reason for the accurate and reasonable. Money back guarantee will not be given if the client has been using more than 50% of the bandwidth resource. This guarantee does not apply to domain name registration and setup fee.

2.2 ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
Cancellation account for more than 15 days money back guarantee and is not considered valid. Cancellation of an account that does not apply to the domain and setup costs.


3. ACCOUNT AND USE OF SPACE OR BANDWITH

If there is space and bandwidth usage by a client that is too high or exceeds the limit of space and bandwidth that have been set, then Nicosoft Media will contact the client. Clients will be asked to upgrade or pay for excess power. If Nicosoft Media find a script that causes the CPU resource or memory to be too high, then the client will be asked to do so or the Nicosoft Media script that will disable it.

Here are things that are prohibited by Nicosoft Media:

* Prohibited from providing Internet services related to Emulator / ROMS.
* Disallows Hardware provides realtime chat applications, chat applications, except that you have provided in the preinstalled scripts.
* Disallows Hardware provides software interface to the network, such as IRC (Internet Relay Chat with).

4. SPAM AND SCRIPT prohibited (NOT TOLERANCE).

4.1 SPAM / BULK EMAIL

Nicosoft Media will take serious action against the client using the server, email, and network to make SPAM, mail bombs, or other similar matters. If found, the account will Suspended. If you still repeat the client's account that will be removed from our system.

 4.2 PROHIBITED SCRIPT
Applications script that should not be installed on the server Nicosoft Media, among others:

* Anonymizer
* CGI / Perl version of YABB
* Chat room / IRC scripts
* FormMail (versions prior to 1.91)
* Iconboard
* Telnet Scripts
* Proxy scripts
* PhpShell and similar command execution scripts
* UltimateBBS
* PsyBNC, R57Shell, EGGDROP, mailbom, and the variant
* Rapid Leech

If we find this file, your account will be terminated and we suspend if SPAM is used to do through the above script. No money back for this. Although we provide preinstalled CGI-Scripts, we do not provide support to install.


4.3 CHAT ROOM APPLICATIONS

Only applications from the chat room CPANEL is allowed to install, Otherwise from CPANEL addon will be deleted.


5. BILLING 

* All invoices will be sent via email automatically through the billing system Nicosoft Media. Customer must pay on the invoice payment has been received on the date that the limit has been determined.

* Clients are required to pay on time for services to the consumer at the latest due date shown on the invoice. If you exceed the deadline has been set, it will be charged a fine and will be added to the total bill. 6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

7. FORCE MAJEURE (BULK DISORDERS / OUTSIDE ALLEGATIONS)

10. REVISION
Nicosoft Media will make revisions to the rules above, if there is an other matter in the future.
